Financial Management Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis in Ahmedabad.

About the Role

This position involves preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and have 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and management of accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • End-to-end account handling, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Daily financial transactions and recording of financial data for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, providing insights and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Compliance with tax regulations and procedures, including GST, PF, TCS, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • 4-6 years of accounting experience in the IT industry.
