We are looking for a skilled finance professional to manage our financial team.

About the Role
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Manage compliance with NBFC regulations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to laws and regulations
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights into business performance and trends, enabling informed decision-making
  • Review and prepare TDS & GST reconciliation reports, guaranteeing timely submission within statutory deadlines
  • Compile monthly MIS reports according to management requirements, presenting key findings and recommendations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations, accurately filing returns incorporating changes and updates
  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance, ensuring precision and efficiency
  • Consolidate financial statements across departments or business units, providing comprehensive visibility
  • Support internal and external audit processes, verifying all required documentation is accurate and complete
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance
  • Complete month-end and year-end closing activities promptly, ensuring exceptional work quality
  • Prepare financial data for debt partners in required formats, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining loan-related documents and checklists, supporting seamless operations
  • Develop ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed, catering to management's requests and needs
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Saral TDS for efficient data management and reporting
  • Process payments, manage beneficiaries, update KYC information, and maintain relationships with banks, ensuring smooth transactions and operations
  • Coordinate with debt partners to share certificates on a timely basis, meeting quarterly intervals as per loan requirements
