Creative Video Producer Role

We're seeking a multifaceted Creative Designer & Video Editor who can craft impactful designs and engaging video content for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) and technology brands, boasting a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt creativity to various platforms and formats.

This is a full-time position based in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Design:
  • Develop visual concepts, ad campaigns, social media assets, website banners, and email marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute brand communication for campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Create static and motion graphics that resonate with modern DTC and tech audiences.
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Repurpose long-form content into engaging bite-sized content across platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
  • Utilize AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, or similar) to streamline production and experiment with new formats.
  • Evaluate videos for performance optimization (hooks, pacing, captions, platform specs).
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver creatives that drive engagement and performance.
  • Understand campaign briefs, contribute ideas, and proactively recommend creative strategies.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in creative design and video editing.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing work with DTC and Tech brands (mandatory).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.
  • Familiarity with AI-based video and creative tools (plus).
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for delivering high-quality output.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Motion graphics/animation skills.
  • Experience in lifestyle/fashion/tech brand storytelling.
  • An understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing.
