As a patient relationship specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their treatment journey. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong relationships with patients, understand their healthcare needs, and provide them with the necessary support.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of healthcare services and facilities available in the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they receive timely and effective care.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes, providing valuable insights for future improvement initiatives.

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, or hospital coordination.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A patient-first attitude with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (preferred).
