We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our high fashion manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead the quality assurance team to deliver exceptional product quality and craftsmanship.
  • Quality Standards & Compliance: Establish and maintain quality standards for high fashion products, ensuring compliance with international regulations and industry best practices.
  • Technical Oversight & Inspection: Conduct technical inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products, developing and refining inspection protocols as needed.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality specifications are met, conducting regular audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality raw materials and components.
  • Product Development Support: Work closely with design and development teams to review technical specifications and prototypes, providing technical feedback on feasibility, quality risks, and improvements.
  • Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor, and train quality assurance staff, inspectors, and technicians, promoting a culture of quality awareness and continuous learning.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions, preparing reports for senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvement progress.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution: Identify potential quality risks in production processes and develop mitigation strategies, resolving complex quality issues swiftly to minimize delays and costs.
  • Technological & Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging technologies, fabrics, and industry standards relevant to high fashion manufacturing, implementing innovative quality control methods and tools as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in high fashion manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Proficient in quality management software and systems, with ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
