DFT Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Full-Capacity Test (DFT) professional to lead our DFT activities across various projects.

• Digital Full-Capacity Test Strategies: Develop and implement DFT strategies to ensure high-quality test coverage and efficiency.
• In-Depth Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.
• Test Mode Timing Constraints: Define test mode timing constraints and provide corrective actions for timing violations.
• Scripting Languages: Have expertise in scripting languages such as perl and shell.
• RTL and Gate-Level Simulations: Experience in RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.
• DFT DRC Rules: Knowledge of equivalence check and DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tools and ATPG tools.
• Synthesis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test: Working experience in Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus.

• 7-15 Years of Experience: Minimum 7-15 years of experience in DFT.
• International Team Environment: Ability to work in an international team, dynamic environment.
