Financial Leadership & Strategy

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth through strategic financial planning and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to the CEO and Board on key financial decisions.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, industry trends, and economic conditions to inform business decisions.

Accounts & Financial Management

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Establish and maintain robust financial controls and accounting systems.

Fundraising and Investor Relations

Lead fundraising efforts to secure equity and debt funding as needed. Manage existing investor relations and lead team efforts to attract new investors.

Banking & Treasury Management

Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations to optimize working capital and cash flow management.

Audit & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws through statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

Optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes.

Investments & Capital Management

Evaluate investment opportunities for ROI and strategic alignment. Manage portfolio investments, acquisitions, and divestitures to maximize returns.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance and accounts teams. Promote a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence.
