Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing automation professional to lead the design of scalable solutions across multiple Marketing Cloud studios, journey orchestration, data integrations, and customer engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in translating business goals into robust marketing automation solutions, driving innovation and ensuring optimal use of the platform.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Deep Marketing Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Interaction Studio.
- Data Modeling & Integration: Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) and external systems using API, Marketing Cloud Connect, Data Extensions, and Contact Builder.
- Personalization & Segmentation: Proficient in using dynamic content, AMPscript, SQL queries, and Audience Builder for highly targeted campaigns.
- Automation & Journeys: Ability to design and optimize multi-channel customer journeys and campaign workflows.
- API & Scripting Skills: Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, SSJS, AMPscript, and integration middleware.
- Security & Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy, consent management, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Deployment & CI/CD: Understanding of version control (Git), deployment tools, and automation of assets across Business Units.
- Marketing Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, lifecycle marketing, campaign performance metrics, and omnichannel orchestration.
- Business Solutioning: Ability to translate marketing and business goals into scalable, measurable solutions within Marketing Cloud.
- Customer Experience Focus: Design solutions that enhance customer engagement, retention, and personalization at scale.
- Strategic Advisory: Guide clients on Marketing Cloud capabilities, future roadmap, and digital transformation & Communication Skills:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to engage with marketing, IT, analytics, and executive stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Lead design workshops, technical planning, and architectural governance.
- Team Mentorship: Support and mentor developers and marketing technologists; drive best practices.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain detailed architectural and integration documentation to support delivery, QA, and operations.
