Job Title: Experienced Marketing Automation Specialist

 

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, and SQL.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute complex rules using Adobe Campaign, including Java scripting.
  • Monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure communications are executed correctly.
  • Manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new ad-hoc reports using available tools.
  • Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize campaign design.
  • Help drive the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years Adobe Campaign Classic experience.
  • Well-versed with Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, and Excel functions.
  • Problem-solving attitude, analytical skills, and ability to quickly understand/anticipate business requirements and outline business benefits.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures.
