
Operations Manager

The successful candidate will lead the human resources and office administration functions, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Resources:
- Recruit and onboard new employees, manage their joining formalities and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain employee records, including ID proofs, experience letters, and other relevant documents.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, define KPIs, and support appraisal cycles.
- Identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and support employee skill enhancement.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities maintenance, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems.
- Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.
- Ensure the office is safe, secure, and fully operational.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain administrative budget records.
- Coordinate with authorities for legal compliance, manage non-disclosure agreements, and oversee insurance renewals for company assets.
- Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events.
- Facilitate communication between HR, Admin, and other departments, and communicate organizational policies clearly to employees.
This role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5-10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
