Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the establishment, scaling, and leadership of our housing finance managed services portfolio in India.

This mandate requires a unique blend of operational mastery, domain expertise, and transformation capability. The selected candidate will design and scale end-to-end managed services solutions across loan origination, servicing, collections, and compliance.

Leveraging technology, automation, and analytics is crucial to deliver cost efficiency and superior customer experience. Ensuring robust frameworks for credit risk, regulatory compliance, and data governance is also essential.

A minimum of 18 years of experience in housing finance, banking operations, or managed services is required. The candidate should have a deep understanding of housing finance operations, process transformation, and outsourcing/managed services models.

Inspirational leadership with the ability to scale teams, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including regulators, industry bodies, and client leadership teams, are also necessary.
