Job Title: Senior Fashion Stylist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Fashion Stylist to lead our team in delivering high-quality imaging assets. As a Senior Fashion Stylist, you will be responsible for overseeing all functions within the studio(s), meeting operational goals, and ensuring quality asset creation according to defined style guides.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational and creative teams to ensure seamless workflow and delivery of assets.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet business objectives, including staffing, space planning, and budgeting.
  • Manage changing priorities and troubleshoot challenges on-set.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising or a related field.
  • Understanding of market trends, visual composition, and aesthetic presentation.
  • Knowledge of commercial studio workflow and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.
