Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, particularly retail brands.
- Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business goals.
- Align offerings with client needs to stay competitive.
- End-to-End Sales Management:
- Conduct meetings, present proposals, and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Research & Networking:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (experience in retail fit-outs, construction, or interiors is an asset).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
