Senior Associate Model Builder, Anaplan

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in developing and enhancing models within planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Development: Develop and enhance models to meet business requirements, including build and validation of model structure and calculations, dashboard, security and workflow management, performance optimization etc
  • Collaboration: Work directly with architect and product owner to understand and prioritize application focus and rollout
  • Engagement Lead: Independently lead small engagements with key business collaborators
  • User Enablement: Support user enablement and training to achieve self-reliance
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in the architecture by finding opportunities for innovation and efficiency
  • Documentation: Maintain SDLC documentation using Agile tools such as Confluence
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree / Bachelor's degree and 5 to 9 years of experience
Technical Skills
  • Anaplan Experience: Demonstrable experience implementing at least one Planning solution in Anaplan (preferred) or similar EPM Tools (e.g. Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC or TM1)
  • Agile DevOps: Demonstrable experience working in multi-functional Agile DevOps teams with ability to adapt to changes
  • Learning Agility: Possesses strong learning agility and technical know-how - ability to breakdown complex topics issues into actionable plans for team execution. Fosters a culture of innovation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, including a natural ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • Critical Thinking: Excellent critical and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail
  • Tableau Experience: Experience with Tableau a plus
Professional Certifications
  • Anaplan Certification: Anaplan Level 2 certification
  • Scaled Agile Framework: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams (preferred)
