Job Overview

This role involves monitoring and tracking project progress, risks, and compliance to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track project milestones and timelines to ensure timely execution.
  • Collect, verify, and consolidate project data for comprehensive status reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to validate project information and provide updates.
Project Coordination:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather accurate project information.
  • Coordinate project review meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Facilitate clear communication to identify potential issues, risks, and delays.
Risk Management:
  • Identify risks related to project execution and flag any deviations from agreed terms or timelines.
  • Participate in risk assessment processes and contribute to the tracking and follow-up of mitigation actions.
Learning and Development:
  • Enhance knowledge of internal technical department processes and project monitoring methodologies.
  • Prepare comparative analyses of project costs and completion timelines.
  • Seek feedback from supervisors and colleagues to improve project monitoring tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum B. Tech-Civil engineering qualification required.

Preferred qualifications: Post Graduation in Construction management from NICMAR/RICS.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate construction.

Proficiency in MS Projects, MS excel, MS Word & PowerPoint is required.
