About the Role

We're seeking experienced educators to join our team and contribute to shaping high-quality educational content for online courses and programmes. This pivotal role involves curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring programme quality. Faculty members will also manage adjunct/guest faculty and teaching assistants, promoting consistency and excellence in course execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop industry-aligned curricula under senior faculty or programme directors' guidance.
  • Teach and facilitate certificate programmes, focusing on engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in guest faculty coordination, ensuring programme quality with senior faculty collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to ensure current practices, technologies, and skills are reflected in courses.
  • Maintain and enhance subject matter expertise by staying current with computer science and related field developments, including emerging technologies and industry practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and content to meet evolving industry standards and learner needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams, including guest faculty and administrative staff.
  • Passion for student success and a commitment to providing high-quality training to diverse learners.
  • Capacity to identify challenges in programme delivery and student outcomes, proposing innovative solutions.
Essential Technical Requirements
  • Technical and hands-on expertise in AI and business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex, large-scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of industry experience in the above areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging and motivating people in an online setting.
