About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing awareness of our oncology medicines in the defined territory.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify the sales potential of all customers and develop effective strategies to achieve planned sales objectives.
  • Promote awareness of our oncology product range to healthcare professionals and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze new business opportunities within the defined territory and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and maximize results.
  • Ensure effective management of territory through efficient time management, record-keeping, and resource utilization that meet company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Oncology sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment.
