Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview:

This role demands experienced Full Stack Developers to design, develop and maintain backend applications within a fast-paced, agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python, React JS, Next JS, Jest, Axios and Git. Experience with cloud platforms, CSS frameworks and Linux deployment is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building efficient server-side applications, helping design and implement functional requirements, peer code review and coaching junior team members.

They will also be responsible for loading data into databases, managing databases, GitLab CICD and testing, unit test cases and bug fixes.

Additionally, they will be responsible for deploying solutions to test environments and elevating the solution to prod environments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Python concepts including Flask, Django, etc.
  • Experience with ReactJS, including functional components, hooks, context API and lifecycle methods.
  • Experience building server-side rendered (SSR) and statically generated (SSG) applications with Next.js.
  • Experience writing unit tests using Jest for React components.
  • Experience using Axios for making API calls and handling asynchronous operations.
  • Working knowledge of Git and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of Postgres SQL is a must.

Others:

Interested candidates should have 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

They should be proficient in writing clean, maintainable and responsive CSS and have experience working with any cloud platform.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
