  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on HR-related issues.

Requirements:
  • Full-time MSW/MBA/BL with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in the staffing industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
