Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to work on various accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and managing cash transactions.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled candidate who can ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, such as GST and Income Tax.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in accounting software, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
  • Manage cash and banking transactions on a daily basis.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable with accuracy.
  • File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within deadlines.
  • Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and E-TDS returns.
  • Attend to Income Tax notices and support statutory compliance.
  • Monitor financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Assist in audit processes and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Accounting / Finance (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Accounts Officer / Sr. Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Hands-on experience in GSTR filings (1, 3B, 9) and E-TDS.
  • Proficiency in Accounting & Taxation software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
