Finance Professional Sought for High-Growth Company

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial backbone of high-growth companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, as well as exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence.

The role demands a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who is eager to grow into a strategic finance leader within our organization.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain management information system reports and dashboards (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and standard operating procedures for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track capital structure and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.
