We are currently seeking a seasoned Majesco Billing System Lead to join our client's team on a contract basis.

This role offers strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period.

  • 8-12 years of experience in Majesco Billing system configuration, testing, and maintenance is required.
  • Hands-on experience with premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation is essential.
  • A strong understanding of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health) is necessary.
  • Knowledge of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems is also important.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of Majesco Billing system.
  2. Assist in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  3. Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions.
  4. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes.
  5. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution.
  6. Document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting are necessary.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills are also important.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to Majesco Policy or Claims modules is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira/Confluence is also beneficial.
  • A basic understanding of Java, APIs, and integration points is an asset.
