Web Development Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned front-end expert to lead our team's development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and Tailwind CSS.

As a senior front-end developer, you will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior engineers. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement front-end architectures for complex projects.
  2. Mentor junior engineers in front-end development best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences.
  4. Lead multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proficiency in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
