Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of developers and oversee the quality of front-end applications.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and ensure the quality of front-end applications.
  • Retail POS Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Retail POS journeys.
  • Communication and Time Management: Be proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
  • Hybrid Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a hybrid team comprising resources from external partners.
  • Solution Design and UI/UX: Provide inputs on best practices of solution design and UI/UX.
  • Product Demo and User Training: Conduct product demos and user training sessions.
  • Personal Responsibility: Maintain a positive attitude and momentum in challenging situations.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with all partners.
  • Quality and Timeliness: Take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficient in building high-quality mobile applications using React Native, Atomic Design principles, custom hooks, and Dependency Injection.
  • Strong proficiency with Redux-Saga, Redux Toolkit, JavaScript, and TypeScript for efficient state management.
  • Hands-on experience with Enzyme and Jest for unit and integration testing.
  • Skilled in using Git, Azure Repos, and Jira in Agile development environments.
  • Experience with Storybook for developing and testing UI components.
  • Familiar with writing bridges for native modules on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Experienced with creating and maintaining certificates and provisioning profiles for app deployments.
  • Skilled in integrating Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, push notifications, and managing third-party SDKs.
  • Ability to identify and fix vulnerabilities reported by tools like SonarQube.
About This Role

This role involves leading a team of developers and ensuring the quality of front-end applications. A strong understanding of Retail POS journeys is required, along with excellent communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a hybrid team and provide inputs on best practices of solution design and UI/UX.
