Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Record to Report domain, driving team success and adhering to baseline values for Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI.

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate Degree in Finance with ICWA or CPA, OR Qualified Chartered Accountant, and proven experience managing a team. They will be responsible for hiring, developing structured learning paths, and serving as an operations mentor for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large team while ensuring adherence to baseline values.
  • Review team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis, and other requests.
  • Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis.
  • Work closely with internal partners to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize multiple partners and business requirements effectively.
  • Support metrics reporting for significant processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree in Finance with ICWA or CPA, OR Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger accounting, and Record to Report processes.
  • Proven experience managing a team.
  • Strong expertise in trend analysis for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Proven experience in audit/Statutory audit disclosures.
