Job Title: Female Swimming Coach

 

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Female Swimming Coach. As a key member of our sports department, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring students in swimming, developing their skills and techniques, and helping them achieve their full potential.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor students in swimming, developing their skills and techniques
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging coaching sessions
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure seamless delivery of coaching programs
  • Attend school events and competitions to support student participation and achievement

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for swimming and a commitment to coaching and mentoring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively with students of all ages and abilities
  • A high level of organization and time management skills
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
