Job Title: Art Director

We aim to produce outstanding visual content across various platforms and formats. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the visual identity of our brand, leading design efforts across web, print, social media, events, video, and emerging formats. This role requires a visionary who can think strategically and creatively.

The Role:

As an Art Director, you will oversee the development of our visual language, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality. You will build a team of talented designers and develop processes and culture that drive excellence in design. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading design teams, creating scalable design systems, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the brand: Create a cohesive visual identity that reflects our values and mission.
  • Lead design everywhere: Ensure that our design is consistent and of high quality across all channels.
  • Integrate technology: Leverage AI tools to streamline design workflows and enhance creativity.
  • Elevate video & motion: Collaborate with our video team to create engaging title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics.
  • Systemize excellence: Develop scalable design systems and asset libraries that speed up quality without compromising it.
  • Mentor & multiply: Coach designers, artists, and freelancers to instill a culture of critique and craft.
  • Collaborate at altitude: Work closely with editorial, marketing, events, and product teams to ensure every touchpoint feels unmistakably 'us.'
  • Set the benchmark: Ensure every output is gold-standard – visually striking, strategically on-point, and on time.
