Process Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our Reporting function. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the business by handling international accounts with minimal supervision.

The Process Associate will be responsible for key areas:

  • Bookkeeping - purchase ledger and sales ledger posting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Bank – posting and reconciliation, month-end close and reports of business units as per set deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Sales – invoice raising, managing relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Payments – preparation and obtaining approval for payments, exercising financial discipline and prudence.
  • Month-end – posting month-end accruals, prepayments, inter-company and depreciation journals, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key IT Systems Requirements:

  • Xero, Sage, QuickBooks

Candidate Profile:

  • CA/ACCA part-qualified or MBA/Business Graduate with a finance background, possessing strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Proficiency in English communication, excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to anticipate and solve complex problems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Location/Hours: Noida, working hours may vary depending on business needs.
