Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data transformation processes using Snowflake.
  • Implement complex queries and data transformations using SQL scripting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Develop, test and deploy data models and transformations using dbt Cloud.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality and performance across all solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processes and workflows.
  • Apply knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
  • Lead or participate in data migration projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in data transformation and SQL scripting.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.
  • Experience in cloud data warehousing and business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with other data integration tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in dbt Cloud and developing data models.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
