Legal Executive Job Description

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions. This individual will play a key role in reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to direct and supervise others as needed. They will also have a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analyzing agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Negotiating agreements with clients and stakeholders
  • Documenting board meetings and ensuring accurate minutes are maintained
  • Providing ROC-related support and assistance
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal files and documents
  • Coordinating with clients to send agreements and other legal documents
  • Staying current with changing labour laws and regulations
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding labour laws and regulations
  • Creating informative articles on legal topics

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lead and direct others as needed

Education:

Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
