">Job Title: System Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced System Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for the system and interoperability testing of Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE). This includes verifying conformance with product specifications and technical set-up and execution of system tests.

  • Develop test strategies for charging units.
  • Define and execute test cases according to system test specifications.
  • Implement automated test approaches for system tests.
  • Play a key role in the development and certification process of our products and systems.

You will work within a team to automate test environments, evaluate test metrics and error analysis, report and review observed results and behaviors with responsible development engineers. You will also configure test tools according to test strategies and organize the implementation and/or monitoring of type tests from the concept phase to CE type testing and type approval in accordance with national and international regulations.

Responsibilities include performing EV Infrastructure interoperability testing, including cloud communication, EV service providers (OCPP), building management software (MODBUS) etc.

Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in system testing and type testing with extensive knowledge of standards.
  • Practical knowledge of defect tracking tools and test management systems.
  • Available for onsite work.
  • Reside in Thane, India.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with IEC, IS, IEEE, UL, SAE, and NEMA standards for chargers.
  • Experience in EV interoperability testing.
  • Practical experience with test automation.
