Cloud Contact Center Operations Manager

To manage and maintain cloud-based contact center infrastructure, we are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in AWS Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CCP using the AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, and IAM.
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Cognito.
  • Manage Lex, Kinesis Data Streams, and AWS Contact Lens.
  • Implement real-time data streaming, processing, and analysis using Kinesis Data Streams, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Comprehend.
  • Store conversation transcripts and analysis results in S3.
  • Configure and manage Aura CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and other secondary skills.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in AWS services including CCP, Lambda, Step Functions, Cognito, Lex, Kinesis Data Streams, Contact Lens, Comprehend, and IAM.
  • Experience with microservices integration and real-time data streaming and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center infrastructure and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
