As a senior automation professional, we are seeking an experienced PLC trainer and engineer to lead our training initiatives.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on expertise in PLC and SCADA systems to develop and deliver advanced training programs, create cutting-edge learning experiences, and collaborate with international teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Training Sessions: Create impactful, practical sessions on PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related systems for global audiences.
  • Develop Advanced Programs: Continuously update training modules with the latest advancements in AI, Industry 4.0, VR, and IIoT.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with our international teams to ensure seamless, high-quality learning experiences worldwide.
Technical Requirements
  • Proven expertise in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.)
  • Solid command of SCADA/HMI systems
  • Knowledge of control systems, industrial networks, and IIoT
Training Expertise
  • Fluent, confident English communication and public speaking skills
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in the automation industry
  • Openness to international travel for onsite training sessions
