Senior Memory Design Expert

Job Description:

Develop innovative digital circuits for memory blocks, SRAMs, register files, and caches. Ensure functionality through simulations and verification, optimizing for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize digital circuits for complex memory systems.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and optimization of circuit performance using various tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project deliverables and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of computer architecture and concepts, including SRAM architecture and critical path modeling.
  • Strong experience in design verification, sense amplifier analysis, self-time analysis, and marginality analysis.
  • Knowledge of high-speed/low-power CMOS circuit design, clocking scheme, and static logic circuits.
  • Familiarity with physical implementation impact on circuit performance and FinFet technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Cadence or Synopsys flows and knowledge of circuit simulation and optimization.
