Piling Specialist Job Description

A piling specialist is required to monitor drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement. The role involves supporting senior engineers in preparing piling logs, BBS, and technical documentation. Additionally, the candidate will conduct field surveys, soil investigations, and pile load testing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement
  • Support senior engineers in preparing piling logs, BBS, and technical documentation
  • Conduct field surveys, soil investigations, and pile load testing coordination
  • Review and verify materials and equipment required for piling works
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality, and safety standards on-site
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of piling & other activities
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support planning, micro scheduling, and resource allocation for piling and civil works
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Basic understanding of piling techniques (bored piles)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
