About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned full-stack cloud engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable applications using Python, Django, and associated technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality full-stack applications using Python, Django, and cloud-based services.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions.\
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring scalability and reliability.\
  • Work closely with QA engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.\
  • Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure robustness.\
  • Experience with public cloud technologies like AWS and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.\
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex problems across different levels of the organization and to customers.\
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.\
  • Lead engineering experience working with diverse and distributed teams.\
  • Experience building and running modern full-stack cloud applications.\
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems.\
  • Strong understanding of system design patterns and architecture.\
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.\
  • Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps and feature development.\
  • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.\
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.\
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support 24/7 production environments.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.\
  • Develop and maintain technical reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.\
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.\
  • Provide recommendations for technology stack upgrades and replacements.\
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security standards.\
  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.\
  • Participate in hiring processes and interview candidates.\\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience programming in Python and Django.\
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker.\
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\
