Senior Full Stack Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead our technology foundation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on development expertise, cloud architecture mastery, and proven leadership skills to establish scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications.
  2. Architect scalable AWS cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  3. Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  4. Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  5. Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  6. Mentor & guide a growing team of developers.
  7. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology.
  8. Ensure compliance with data privacy & security (HIPAA-ready, GDPR-friendly).
  9. Drive innovation with AI/ML integrations and modular product evolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications :
    • React Native React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
    • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL.
    • Microservices architecture design.
  • Databases:
    • MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
    • Schema design & optimization.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps:
    • Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk.
    • CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
    • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS).
    • Security, IAM policies, VPC design, monitoring (CloudWatch).
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • 3+ years in leading development teams.
    • Agile/Scrum practices.
    • Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability.
