
Branch Leader for Corporate Gifting Operations

This role requires a seasoned professional to spearhead the corporate gifting operations of our company. As the branch leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
You will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff. Your primary objective will be to ensure the effective execution of our corporate gifting solutions, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business development, with expertise in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the designated region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the branch's offerings and strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
- Ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions while maintaining the highest standards of product quality.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute effective promotional campaigns and events.

- Compliance and Reporting:
