Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices","
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing","
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)","
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development","
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes","
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms","
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting","
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function

Required Skills:

  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience","
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role","
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack","
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript","
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)","
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)","
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing","
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally","
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams","
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive

  • Infrastructure testing experience (Kubernetes, Docker)","
  • Mobile automation testing expertise","
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools","
