Job Description:

The Functional Workday Time and Absence Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting global implementations and transformation projects focused on Time and Absence within Workday. This individual must have strong experience with Workday, as well as a deep understanding of time tracking and leave policies.

This consultant will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday's Time and Absence features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Workday Time and Absence implementations and transformations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements related to time tracking and leave policies
Required Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Workday Certification: Current certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management is required
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with Workday, including at least 2 global implementations or transformation projects
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
