Internal Communications Specialist

Crafting impactful internal communications is at the heart of this role. As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that inspires connection, culture, and clarity across the organization.

This position involves driving internal communications end-to-end—from ideation to design, execution, and post-campaign measurement. You will work closely with various teams, including HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D, and BU leaders, to create unified and strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting campaigns that matter by translating ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools, such as Corel Draw and Illustrator.
  • Designing organizational messaging in the form of videos, utilizing creative storytelling techniques.
  • Supporting local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events, and activation campaigns.
  • Collaborating with teams to create strategic messaging that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate brand storytelling. They should possess design acumen, proficiency in editing software, a solid understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency, and a bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms, or a related field. Exposure to creative AI tools is a bonus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that engages employees, embeds purpose, and strengthens connection across the organization.
