Job Overview

We're seeking a highly experienced and creative leader to spearhead our team's innovative work. As part of our global collective, you'll lead the production of groundbreaking campaigns that drive client reputations and brand engagement.

Our ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in leading digital agencies, with expertise in creating assets across multiple media channels. You'll possess excellent communication skills, both internally and client-facing, as well as strong time and resource management skills.

A successful candidate will be an analytical thinker with the ability to extract actionable insights from data, and excel at networking, negotiation, coordination, and organization. They'll also stay up-to-date on the latest design tools, digital platforms, and media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop breakthrough ideas that drive client reputation and brand engagement.
  • Co-develop creative strategies, oversee ideation, and set standards for all creative output.
  • Build strong client relationships and champion innovative programs.
  • Generate ideas that resonate with audiences, work across channels, and meet or exceed client goals.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience at a reputed digital agency.
    • Have led the production of creative assets across multiple media and channels.
      • Are experienced in creating assets for bought, owned, and earned media strategies.
        • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
          • Have strong time and resource management skills.
            • Are knowledgeable about design tools, digital platforms, and media trends.
              • Excel at networking, negotiation, coordination, and organization.
                • Are an analytical thinker with the ability to extract actionable insights.
