As a highly skilled automation professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the GxP system. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing and deploying automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Evaluate tasks for automation feasibility using RPA tools like UiPath and GenAI
  • Collaborate with Technology Teams to develop test plans and scenarios to ensure robust validation of system updates, patches and new features
  • Maintain User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the development team

For this challenging role, we are looking for an individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 to 6 years of Life Science / Biotechnology / Pharmacology / Information System experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to design, develop and maintain automation workflows using UiPath or other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Knowledge of how RPA tools automate repetitive tasks, manage bot execution, handle exceptions and log actions effectively
  • Experience with business analysis, writing user requirements and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems (e.g., JIRA)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with the ITIL framework and methodologies like Scrum
  • Experience in AI, ML, LLM & Python
  • Knowledge of SDLC process, including requirements, design, testing, data analysis and change control
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
