Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Large Language Model (LLM) models that understand textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information, solving analytical use cases.
  • Utilize sophisticated algorithms and methodologies to refine and improve the performance of AI models, enabling accurate predictions and actionable outputs for analytical use cases.
  • Stay informed about NLP and LLM advancements, identify cutting-edge techniques, and help adopt them into practical applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges using LLM models.
  • Take responsibility to develop and deliver AI models, including Proof-of-Concepts (POCs).
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and overcome analytical hurdles.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on NLP, Deep learning, and machine learning models, and LLMs to solve analytical use cases.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure stack (AI Search, OpenAI), and understanding of Agentic Architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
