AI Delivery Lead

You will work at the intersection of technology, product, and business, driving programme governance and leading high-impact initiatives that shape how financial services adopts AI globally.

About the Role

  • Location: Offices in Pune, India (with global collaboration across the US and UK)

Responsibilities

  1. Define and implement delivery frameworks, agile practices, and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives
  2. Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption
  3. Drive alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met
  4. Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope
  5. Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience: Experienced delivery leader or programme manager with a background in AI, digital transformation, or large-scale technology programmes
  • Skills: Strong understanding of AI and GenAI, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
