Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PHP developer to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in WordPress/PHP development, with a strong understanding of end-user requirements.

The primary focus of this position will be the design and implementation of server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by their colleagues into the application, as well as building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
  • Building efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
  • Solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges
  • Integration of data storage solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks
  • Knowledge of at least a few other web technologies such as Jquery, Javascript, and CSS
  • Good database skills especially in MySQL
  • Understanding of the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
  • Understanding of MVC design patterns
