**Job Description**:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development with experience in various programming languages and frameworks.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet our business needs.

  • Fundamental Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and other technologies.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Manage databases using MySQL and SQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Utilize version control systems such as GitHub and SVN for code management.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the application lifecycle from development through deployment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience. Proficiency in front-end development technologies including React, Express, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is required.

Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, C, Java, .NET, and C++ is necessary.

Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and Azure for application deployment is a must.

Understanding of IT infrastructure principles and practices is essential.

Experience working with RESTful APIs for application integration is required.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development processes is necessary.

Ability to work in a Linux environment for application deployment and management is required.

Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) for secure application development is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on application development challenges are desired.
