Job Title: Enterprise Technology Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new network infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting network operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve network performance and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering and administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with network management tools and systems (e.g., Cisco Works, HP OpenView).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
