About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms, with a strong understanding of compliance activities. This role involves performing basic secretarial tasks, including preparation and filing of statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.).

  • Assist in accounting-related activities such as vouchers, reconciliations, and simple book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Support in Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and routine compliance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance timelines are met for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be a graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, with working knowledge of accounting principles and company secretarial compliances. They should also have familiarity with statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
