As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position involves executing fieldwork and testing to identify potential risks and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have strong internal control and validating testing skills, as well as experience in regulatory compliance within the financial industry. A background in anti-money laundering is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing programs to identify potential risks
  • Conduct regular dialogue with senior stakeholders to communicate progress and findings
  • Lead conversations with business teams to develop remediation plans
  • Identify emerging regulatory risks and contribute to strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit or regulatory compliance
  • Strong academic qualifications and certifications in compliance or legal
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA, or similar certifications preferred
